I enjoyed my 3-night stay here, the staff was great, and it had a cozy family atmosphere, plus the location was convenient near cafes and restaurants.

The hotel was straightforward, with new-fashioned and big size rooms. The employees were excellent and decent. Its service was good! The location was particularly good and marvellous, close enough to the cafe, resturant, and Jeddah. A few times I ate at Koshary el Tahrir, located relatively close to the venue.

The atmosphere created was family. The rooms where modern and stylish, had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The services were good.

We appreciated staying 3 nights here. the staff was very very helpful in any situation. - the location was prime and magnificent, in the middle of Jackson. - King Abdul Aziz Road district was worth staying in.

The breakfast provided was delicious, adding to our positive experience.

While there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the bathroom in the grand suite needing a coat of paint and some noise from the nearby major road, the noise was easily drowned out by the AC. Despite these small issues, the overall experience at Sukoon was excellent.

We had a great stay during Thanksgiving. The room was comfortable and stylish, and we really enjoyed the delicious and fairly priced room service. The staff were also very nice and helpful. the location was perfect for exploring the city and we were able to easily walk to many attractions.

The only downsides we experienced were the noise and the cleanliness. The hotel is located on a busy road, but the AC helped to drown out most of the noise.
